Bishop Sabino Ocan Odoki was at St. Joseph the worker Omugo Parish where he confirmed 139 candidates on 29th January 2018.

This was the first time the Bishop was administering sacraments since the inauguration of the parish.

The Christians jubilantly received him half a kilometer from the parish with singing and dancing.

The ceremony was attended by about one thousand Christians.

The congregation was very excited to have the bishop the second time in the newly erected parish and promised their total support to the Bishop.

Bishop Sabino Ocan Odoki was also very happy of reopening of Omugo girls where a new dormitory has been constructed for the girl child.

The Franciscans of our Lady of the Poor, the pastoral agents promised to work with the community with the golden rule of restoration of human dignity. End
