By Simon Onziga The NRM secretary General Richard Todwong has urged the youth to invest. Todwong says many times the youth rush to enjoy life before growth and end up in regrets at their old age. This was during the mindset change program which is in line with government program of Parish Development Module.
Arua City Mayor Wadri Sam Nyakua appeals to the youth to embrace Vocational education. “The Government through the Japanese Government has constructed an enormous Facility at Arua Technical Institute Ragem but it’s being under-utilized and therefore urges the youth to use the opportunity.”
Arua Resident City Commissioner Alice Akello recommends the Greater West Nile Youth Forum to include the prisoners in their target so that those who are released can get the opportunity to change their mindset before joining the community.
However, the state Minister for land housing and urban development Obiga Kania expects the young people to have targets.
