Pride Micro finance has skilled several young people in Arua city. The program is funded by pride micro finance with support from European investments bank, and implemented by Uganda small scale industries Association.

According to Jackson Kizza Sebuliba, a training coordinator, financial literacy is key for the business people to succeed in every business that they engage in.
He said the training was aiming at empowering the youth with relevant business skills so as to realize success in their businesses.

According to the organizers of the training, the beneficiaries would be given financial support in terms of loans in order to finance and uplift their businesses.
Yangi Lillian, one of the beneficiaries, admits that, the knowledge acquired from the training will make her to grow her cosmetics business.
Godfrey Baiga, a beneficiary calls upon the youth to embrace such training programs in order to change their lives.
