Mr. Rackara Moses
A Ugandan from the Acholi people, Moses was born in Nwoya and raised in Gulu. With a national diploma in electrical engineering from Uganda Technical College Elgon, he joined Radio Pacis in September 2017. Part of the technical team, he is the technician on duty at the Gulu station.
