Brig Gen Katunga condoled with the affected families and assured them that Private Bonny Ameny will be brought to face the law in a trial that will be conducted by the court martial in Paimol Sub County.

The Lc 3 chairman of Paimol sub-county Mr. Ngomkura Richard, expressed his gratitude to the UPDF for the support they have offered to the affected families during these trying moments.

He called upon his community to emulate the UPDF on coming clean to condemn the incident as an individual act and showing empathy and generosity to the people. He continues to urge the leaders to also take the burden just like UPDF.
