“Considering the capacity that we have reached we are looking at collecting one billion Ugandan shillings to finish up the project because both church and mosque goes with business, you do business you go and pray or you pray and come to do business so we have the component of lock-ups in the mosque as women will be praying up while men will be praying down and it’s a complex and face lifting project for Arua City” he said.
The intention of constructing the modern mosque is to measure to the standard of a city while the commercial complex lock-ups will help in generating revenue for the mosque.
