As the highly anticipated installation of the second Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Gulu, Most Rev. Raphael P’Mony Wokorach gains momentum, the security team being headed by the Resident City Commissioner of Gulu, Jane Frances Amongin Okilli is assuring the public of their readiness to secure the event.
The RCC said that they have had many high-level security meetings to prepare the security operatives and draw the deployment plans. “As security, we are prepared, we already mapped out the routes, how we are going to deploy with the DPC of Bar-Dege Layibi, since the function is in his division. But as the chairperson of the security committee, we mobilized the rest of the members of the district security Committees to be on standby and am very sure that this event will be very successful,” she remarked.
