TWO INJURED AND MILLIONS LOST IN A HOUSE FIRE IN MARACHA DISTRICT

Items costing more than 8million shillings have got burnt at Osidribiku trading center Kamaka parish Oluffe Sub County in Maracha district on October 18, 2024.
Richard Amati a resident of the area explained that a man was measuring petrol in the bottles for sell when his wife was busy preparing supper, unfortunately the fuel caught fire burning the two family members and one motorcycle completely.
Ronald Adriko who operates a clinic in one of the rooms lost all the drugs equivalent to shs. 1.5million, smart phone of shs. 400,000 and my solar power of shillings 600,000.
Currently the fuel seller and his wife are receiving treatment at St Joseph's hospital maracha.
Valentino Madigo the local council one chairperson of Andrua village advised members who deal in fuel business to be careful as the perform it.
