The residents of Macu-West village, Pajama parish in Tara sub county in Maracha District have been left in shock after the murder Buatre Linus a 56 years old teacher of Mgbulukua Primary school in Maracha District.
This death happens just days after the murder of Saidi Nasur of Olua Village, Pajama Parish. Late Buatre’s dead body was discovered some metres away from his home.
It was suspected that Buatre was murdered by his brother of the same father but different mother Data Charles.Data was suspected to be behind the murder of Buatre Linus because of his previous actions against his brother where recently he wanted to destroy the tobacco barn of the late.Data was searched all in vain by the mob comprising of his clansmen of Ombaci clan and the Uncles of Buatre Linus of Tara Yiddu clan.
Hon Abadrile Biajo the LC III chairman of Tara sub county expressed his disappointment over the continuous murder cases in Tara sub county particularly in Pajama parish. He said he has already talked to the DPC Maracha District to have community policing in Pajama parish.
Mr. Madic Fred the Head Teacher of Mgbulukua Primary school described Buatre Linus as a dedicated infant class teacher whom the pupils loved.
Mr. Orio Michael the chairman UNATU Maracha branch appealed to the teachers of Maracha District to observe the lock down directives to avoid such problems. He said the murder of Buatre Linus has already created a gap which can never be fulfilled.
Late Buatre Linus will laid to rest in Macu-west village in Ombaci clan in Tara sub county on Monday. End
